2000 Advanced Prep Wipes

Pre-saturated prep wipe for aluminum and magnesium.  Applies a phosphate coating to enhance adhesion and corrosion resistance. Alternative to etch primer.

203 Wax and Grease Remover

203 is a blend of specially formulated solvents designed to remove most surface contaminants such as silicone, wax, grease, tar and road film. 203 also causes a slight softening action on existing paint which provides better bonding and adhesion of succeeding coats.

283-155 Etching Primer

Fast drying primer containing acid which enables etching of the substrate. Good for low cost repairs requiring corrosion protection.

285-02 Low VOC Transparent Sealer

Wet-on-wet sealer for low VOC areas. May be elastified 25% - 50% with 522-333. No sanding and no drying times; good weathering resistance. Also used as a tintable sealer for outstanding color match (see technical manual for mix ratio).

285-10 Low VOC DTM Primers - Black

Black and white primer surfacers that provide easy sanding. Excellent sag resistance and leveling. Very good adhesion on substrates such as galvanized, aluminum, steel, old paint, plastics, fiberglass and SMC. No need for any pretreatment primers except for raw plastic parts. 285-10 (Black) and 285-20 (White) can be intermixed to get different grey colors.

285-13 DTM Urethane Primer

A fast curing, easy sanding primer that provides easy handling from mixing to spraying to sanding. The primer is fast in air dry applications and still retains a long potlife.

285-18 Low VOC Sealers - White

Wet-on-wet sealers designed for economical repairs. No sanding and no drying times; very safe to spray; good weathering. 285-18 (white) and 285-29 (black) may be mixed together to achieve different shades of grey.
