A 3-component primer additive designed to significantly decrease the “air bake” time-to-sand, capable of building film while maintaining holdout for low VOC regulated areas without the need for baking. Used in 285-20 or a combination of 285-20 and maximum of 30% 285-10, reduces drying time to as little as 15 minutes and ensures excellent sag resistance and leveling of the primer.
